"Sollers" started production of Sollers TR cars in Ulyanovsk

Serial production of medium-duty trucks Sollers TR has started at the new enterprise Sollers Komtrans on the site of Ulyanovsk automobile plant. This is stated in the company's report, which was received by Izvestia on November 26.

The enterprise is designed to produce a range of Sollers TR vehicles with GVW from 3.5 to 18 tons. The production area is about 4 thousand square meters, the total area of the enterprise is 16 thousand square meters. The annual capacity of the new plant reaches 5 thousand cars per year.

The basic equipment of the Sollers TR cabin includes a driver's seat with electric heating and air suspension, steering wheel adjustment in two directions, air conditioning, heated side mirrors, preheater, cruise control and multimedia system with color touch screen display, steering wheel control and rear view camera image output.

Sollers TR vehicles are offered with different bodies (flatbed with and without awning, industrial, isothermal with the possibility of installing refrigeration equipment), it is also possible to install special superstructures (crane-manipulator, hydraulic elevator, tow truck). The warranty for the trucks is four years or 250 thousand kilometers (two years of factory warranty and two years of service support from the dealer).

The Sollers TR trucks will complement the Sollers commercial vehicle lineup, which includes Sollers Argo light-duty trucks, Sollers Atlant medium-duty trucks and Sollers ST6 pickups, as well as tourist and intercity buses (SA9 and SA6).

On November 15, Sollers announced that it plans to introduce 13 new models in Russia in the coming year , including an SUV and a minivan. For example, next year the company will start production of Sollers SP7 minivans at its facility in Yelabuga. The start of sales is scheduled for September 2025.
