On October 30, the head of the Verkhnetoyemsky district, Sergei Gutsalo, got into an altercation with a resident of Severodvinsk and suggested that she throw the negative into the refrigerator by shouting instead of addressing him on social networks.

"You'd better hug the dog, water the ficus, open the refrigerator and shout into it everything you think about me, and in return he will silently give you food. This will be your real, healthy communication for tonight," Gutsalo wrote in response to the woman.

According to the official, his "concern for the mental balance" of the interlocutor is expressed in the refusal of discussion. He also suggested that the woman is bored, wants to communicate, and seeks to vent her negativity.

The reason for the dispute was a comment from a resident of Severodvinsk, who complained about the lack of lighting and poor roads in the village of Dvinskaya, where her relatives live. The head of the district also advised her not to read his publications and not to write comments on them.

Concern for the public: officials will be fined for lack of reports from organizations

The sanction will be from 15 thousand to 30 thousand rubles.

One of the participants of the meeting of the government of the Kursk region on June 15 swore during the live broadcast of the event. It turned out that during the official part of the meeting, Pavel Vertikov, the first deputy head of the Lgovsky district administration, suddenly turned on the microphone. A rude phrase was heard on the air: "Get out."

Later, the governor of the region, Alexander Khinshtein, said that the authorities of the Kursk region had decided to create ethics and official conduct commissions for officials in each municipality of the region. According to the head of the region, the unacceptable behavior of government representatives should receive an appropriate assessment.
