Most of the residents of Alyoshka in the Kherson region who wanted to leave the city have already voluntarily left. There are few people willing to leave now. This was announced on October 26 by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, Yana Lantratova.

"There are not many people in Alyosha who have expressed a desire to leave. Since everyone who wanted to, basically already left there," Lantratova wrote in "Max".

According to her, within the framework of the humanitarian mission, the authorities of the region and the district coordinate work on organizing departure for those who make such a decision voluntarily. Lantratova stressed that those who remain will definitely be given the opportunity to leave.

Lantratova, following a conversation with Lubinets on October 24, announced that Ukraine would establish a regime of silence in Alyoshki, Kherson region, at the same time as Russia. The introduction of a "silence regime" in the Kherson direction is planned from 04:00 Moscow time on October 27.
