Three people were injured in the attack of a Ukrainian UAV on Shebekino

Three civilians, including a 17-year-old teenager, were injured as a result of the detonation of a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the courtyard of an apartment building in Shebekino, Belgorod region. This was announced on October 24 at the operational headquarters of the region.

The injured were taken by self-defense fighters to the Shebekinsky central district hospital. The man was diagnosed with a shrapnel wound to the forearm, the woman was previously diagnosed with an acubarotrauma, and the teenager had a shrapnel wound to the shin.

"After providing medical care, the man and woman will be transported to Belgorod City hospital No. 2, and the young man to the children's regional clinical hospital," the operstaba Telegram channel says.

An apartment building and three passenger cars were also damaged as a result of the UAV explosion. In addition, several other drone attacks were recorded in Shebekino, which affected residential buildings, commercial facilities and transport. When one of the drones detonated, a truck caught fire.

Other settlements in the region were also attacked. In the Shebekinsky district, damage was detected in the village of Maslova Pier, the villages of Belyanka and Starikovo. In the Grayvoronsky district, drones damaged residential buildings, cars and two social facilities. In the village of Pochaevo, one of the private houses completely burned down.

In Rakityansky district, after a drone strike on the Rakitnoye – Bobrava highway, a truck burned down. Damage to residential buildings, cars and infrastructure was also recorded in Valuysky, Borisovsky and Belgorod districts.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a record number of drones in a day, but the Russian air defense system stood the test of strength.

Earlier in the day, one person was killed and four injured in the Bryansk region due to attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In particular, the Ukrainian drone hit the shopping center "Positive" in the village of Klimovo. Two civilians were injured: a 21-year-old young man and a 40-year-old pharmacy employee. As a result of a kamikaze drone strike on a civilian car, a 53-year-old resident of the Klimovsky district was injured.
