The media found out the cost of the villa of Plushenko and Rudkovskaya in Baku

Figure skater Evgeny Plushenko and producer Yana Rudkovskaya have become property owners in Baku. The cost of their villa in an elite residential complex can reach 1 million dollars (over 85 million rubles), the Telegram channel Zvezdach reported on Friday, October 9.

A married couple has purchased a mansion in the Sea Breeze project on the shores of the Caspian Sea, owned by businessman and musician Emin Agalarov. According to Sputnik Azerbaijan, the owner of the complex confirmed the fact of the transaction by posting a video on social networks with a joint inspection of the house. Earlier, in a comment for MUZ-TV, Rudkovskaya said that the couple had looked at a house on the second line from the sea.

The exact amount of the transaction was not disclosed, however, according to the official price list, houses on the second coastline range in size from 230 to 290 square meters. They cost from $450,000 to $1 million (approximately 37.5–85 million rubles). According to the Super edition, it is in this price range that the cost of objects similar to the purchased mansion varies.

Rudkovskaya confirmed the purchase and noted that the family was given a discount due to personal acquaintance with Agalarov. According to the producer, the couple are now planning to improve the surrounding area. Evgeny Plushenko is going to plant fruit trees, including pomegranates, apple trees and tangerines, on the territory of the villa.

The purchase of the property coincided with changes in the career of the couple's son. Alexander Plushenko has been competing for the Azerbaijan national figure skating team at international competitions since the 2026/2027 season. The teenager received sports citizenship of the country in the spring of 2026 for a period of five years.

At his debut international tournament in Ankara, Alexander Plushenko took 13th place. Later, in September 2026, at the stage of the junior Grand Prix in Batumi, he showed the 10th result.

Evgeny Plushenko himself is also actively involved in the development of sports in the region. In April 2026, he held a training camp for local figure skaters in Baku. According to Sputnik Azerbaijan, the two-time Olympic champion plans to further promote the professional growth of Azerbaijani athletes.
