Diplomatic channels between Russia and the United States continue to be maintained. This was announced on September 11 by a member of the American House of Representatives from Florida, Republican Anna Paulina Luna.

"We always support our diplomatic channels," she said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

Luna also said that she regularly meets with the Russian ambassador to the United States, Alexander Darchiev. According to her, she considers the diplomat to be her good friend.
