Estonia has not transferred direct financial assistance to the state budget of Ukraine since the beginning of the conflict in 2022. As of August 30, this follows from the data of the Ukrainian Ministry of Finance, which is cited by RIA Novosti.

The table of sources of financing for the state budget published by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine lists 29 donors. At the same time, other countries with smaller amounts of financial support are also on the list: for example, Albania provided about $1 million, and Iceland — $ 2 million.
