A sapboarding instructor rescued drowning children on a beach in Makhachkala

On the city beach in Makhachkala, a sapboarding instructor rescued children drowning in the water. In a conversation with Izvestia on August 21, Ramadan explained that he discovered the guys completely by accident.

On August 20, the man was on duty on land and monitored the situation on the water. When he saw that the wards could not overcome the current, he went to their aid and pulled the boarders to a safe area. At that time, children were splashing nearby, who could not cope with the flow of water and tried to call for help.

"Three children started waving their arms, I quickly got rid of the boarders, swam up to them, pulled them ashore. They were swimming there and started drowning, I swam up on the sap and saved them," the man explained.

He concluded that the current can be particularly dangerous in August, and urged parents not to leave their children unattended by the water.

The latest case occurred in Krasnodar — a 14-year-old teenager drowned during rowing lessons.

On the same day, rescuers in Kazakhstan found two teenagers who were blown away on an inflatable mattress about 1 km from the coast into the Caspian Sea.
