Linda Kuvshinov, the director of the singer, was given an extended house arrest.

The Tverskoy court of Moscow extended the house arrest of the director of the singer Linda (real name — Svetlana Gaiman) until November 20 Mikhail Kuvshinov, who is accused of fraud with the rights to the musical works of producer Maxim Fadeev. This was reported on August 17 by a correspondent of Izvestia.

Kuvshinov is under house arrest and does not admit his guilt. The court reported that Fadeev was recognized as a victim in the case, and the amount of damage amounted to more than 1 million rubles. At the same time, the music producer's lawyer said that his client has no complaints against the singer's director.

The office of Profit LLC, owned by Andrey Cherkasov, CEO of the Jam music publishing house, was searched on May 12. They are connected with the detention of singer Linda. Cherkasov is charged with two counts of fraud. Later, the defendant was also charged with an article on the illegal formation of a legal entity.

On July 6, Izvestia was informed in court that lawyers had filed a complaint against the extension of Kuvshinov's house arrest, accused of fraud with the rights to Fadeev's musical works.
