Synchronized swimmers Trofimov and Rumyantseva won the Junior World Cup in the technical program

On August 14, Russian synchronized swimmers Zakhar Trofimov and Alina Rumyantseva won the duet technical program at the Junior World Synchronized Swimming Championships in Hungary.

The Russian pair received 234.1350 points for their performance. The second place was taken by the representatives of Spain, who scored 221.6983 points. The top three winners were rounded out by a duo from China with a score of 217.5259 points. This award became the fifth gold medal for Russian athletes at the current championship.

At competitions in Hungary, Russian athletes perform in full—fledged status - with the national flag and the national anthem of the country. The World Championship in Budapest will last until August 16.
