Russian Foreign Ministry: Russia expects early elaboration of a treaty between Tbilisi, Sukhum and Tskhinvali

Russia is counting on the early start of practical work on the elaboration and signing of an agreement on the non-use of force between Tbilisi, Sukhumi and Tskhinvali. This was announced on August 8 by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of the Russian Federation.
The Russian Foreign Ministry stressed the need to advance the negotiation process and move as soon as possible to practical efforts to prepare an appropriate document.
