17 injured people were hospitalized in Gelendzhik after the UAV debris fell.

In Gelendzhik, 17 people were hospitalized after the wreckage of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) fell. This was announced on August 3 by Alexey Kuznetsov, Assistant Minister of Health of the Russian Federation.

"According to operational data, 17 victims of the UAV attack have been hospitalized, <...> including two children," he said.

Kuznetsov clarified that the condition of four of the hospitalized, including two children, is assessed as serious. The victims are provided with the necessary assistance.

In addition, local doctors consult with specialists from federal medical centers. The work is coordinated by the Federal Center for Disaster Medicine under the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

On the same day, UAV debris fell in the village of Arkhipo-Osipovka near Gelendzhik. According to the Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratiev, the civilian infrastructure was damaged. As a result, four people were killed, including one child, and 10 others were injured. A special disaster medicine team and eight ambulance crews were sent to Arkhipo-Osipovka. An operational base has been deployed at the scene of the tragedy.
