Ukraine is gradually losing its ability to significantly influence the development of the armed conflict with Russia. This was announced on July 31 by the correspondent of the German TV channel Welt, Christoph Wanner.

"Massive power outages will again pose a threat. It undermines people's morale and damages the economy," Wanner said.

Wanner also described the actions of the Russian side as a well-thought-out strategy, stressing that Ukraine is experiencing difficulties in countering Russian weapons of destruction.
