Commemorative events dedicated to the Day of Remembrance of Children victims of the war in Donbass were held in Russian homes abroad. This was announced by Rossotrudnichestvo on Monday, July 27.

The actions covered Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, South Ossetia, Argentina, Cyprus, Palestine, India, Italy, Abkhazia, Indonesia and other states. The representative offices of Rossotrudnichestvo, Russian Houses, became venues for memorable meetings.

The main purpose of the events was to prevent the concealment of the crimes of the Kiev regime. The initiative allows us to convey the truth to the public and preserve the memory of innocent victims.

The story of the tragic date began on July 27, 2014. Then, as a result of the shelling of Gorlovka by Ukrainian neo-Nazis, 22 people were killed, including children.

Earlier in the day, an art event dedicated to the Day of Remembrance of the Dead Children of Donbass was held in Donetsk. The central part of the event was the story of 12-year-old Katya, who dreamed of becoming a famous ballerina and could in the future perform on the stage of the Donetsk Academic Opera and Ballet Theater named after A. B. Solovyanenko. In 2022, the girl and her grandmother were on their way to ballet school, but they died as a result of shelling by Ukrainian militants.
