From "Gentlemen" to "Rings of Power": the main series of autumn 2026

In the fall of 2026, viewers will see new chapters of "Gentlemen," "Slow Horses," and "Rings of Power," the return of "American Horror Story," and several notable film adaptations. September 3 — "Gentlemen", the second season

The fall season will open with the sequel to Guy Ritchie's crime comedy. In the finale of the first season, aristocrat Eddie Horniman, played by Theo James, is finally drawn into the affairs of the underground empire. Now managing the family estate and the plantation under it is no longer enough for him.

Together with Suzy Glass, played by Kai Scodelario, the hero will try to expand the business. The action will go beyond the British estate and reach the Italian villas. Among the new participants in the story are crime boss Marco Moretti and his intermediary Chico Maldini. These roles were played by Sergio Castellitto and Michele Morrone. Hugh Bonneville, Benjamin Clementine and Benedetta Porcaroli also joined the cast.

September 9 — "The Paper", second season

Mockumentary "The Paper" will return to Peacock for a second season. This is a continuation of the universe of the American "Office", only instead of the employees of the paper company, the documentary camera watches the editorial office of the Toledo Truth Teller newspaper, which is going through hard times.

Editor-in-chief Ned Sampson, played by Domhnall Gleeson, will continue to try to turn a small team into a real journalistic team. In the new series, employees will more often leave the editorial office and go for materials on their own. Sabrina Impaccatore and Oscar Nunez will return to their roles, again playing accountant Oscar Martinez from The Office. Peacock will release all episodes of the season simultaneously.

September 9th — "Last Seen"

One of the first dramatic novelties will be the Australian thriller "Last Seen", based on the novel by Ryan David Yang "The Dispatcher". The project consists of six episodes. The first two episodes will be released on the day of the premiere, the remaining ones will appear once a week until October 7.

Former Detective Ian Ridley works as a police dispatcher. Eleven years ago, his daughter Maggie disappeared, but the man has not come to terms with the loss. One day, he receives an emergency call from a girl he recognizes as his missing daughter. The main role was played by Patrick Brummell. Maxine Peake, Brendan Cowell and Daniel Henshall starred with him in the series.

September 16 — "Slow Horses", sixth season

The sixth season of the British spy series will combine the plots of the novels by Mick Herron "Joe Country" and "Slough House". The season will consist of six episodes and will end on October 21.

This time, the Slough House staff will be on the run themselves. The head of British counterintelligence, Diana Taverner, will drag disgraced agents into a dangerous chain of revenge and retaliation. Gary Oldman will return to the role of the sleazy, sarcastic and still extremely perceptive Jackson Lamb. Kristin Scott Thomas, Jack Lowden, Saskia Reeves, Hugo Weaving and Jonathan Pryce will also appear in the sequel.

September 18 — Outlander: Blood of Blood, second season

The Outlander prequel will return with a second season on September 18. The date was announced on World Outlander Day shortly after the conclusion of the main series.

The project continues two parallel love stories. The first is dedicated to Claire's parents, Julia and Henry Beauchamp, who met against the backdrop of the First World War. The second tells about Jamie's parents, Brian Fraser and Ellen Mackenzie, in 18th century Scotland. The new season should show the consequences of the decisions that ended the first chapter of the family saga.

September 23rd — "Brothers"

Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson will play fictional versions of themselves in the comedy "Brothers." Two episodes will be released on the premiere day, after which the series will continue to be released weekly until November 4.

In the story, the families of the actors gather at the McConaughey ranch in Texas after the failed wedding of Harrelson's daughter. During the meeting, the characters' mother, played by Holland Taylor, reveals a long-standing family secret: men can turn out to be real brothers. At the same time, McConaughey's character is thinking about participating in the Texas gubernatorial election, which makes a public scandal especially inopportune.

September 24 — "American Horror Story," Season 13

The new season of Ryan Murphy's anthology will bring together many of the performers who appeared in previous chapters. Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd, Gabourey Sidibe, Leslie Grossman and Jessica Lange will return to the project.

The details of the plot are still kept secret by FX. However, the return of Sarah Paulson to the role of Cordelia Goode and Emma Roberts to the role of Madison Montgomery points to the continuation of the witch story from the seasons "Coven" and "Apocalypse". Initially, Ariana Grande was named among the project participants, but the singer left the series due to a mismatch in work schedules.

October 14 — "Vision Quest"

Marvel will complete the story it started in Wanda/Vision with the series "Vision Quest". The project will also be a continuation of "It's all Agatha", forming a common trilogy with the two previous series.

Paul Bettany will play the white Vision again. Stripped of his former identity, the android will try to restore his memories and figure out what remains of his human nature. October 15 — Crystal Lake

Peacock will release a prequel to the horror "Friday the 13th", created by studio A24. The series will tell about the childhood of Jason Voorhees and his mother Pamela before the events of the first film.

Pamela was played by Linda Cardellini, and Callum Vinson got the role of young Jason. The showrunner was Brad Caleb Kane, who worked on "It: Welcome to Derry." The authors intend to combine the atmosphere of paranoid 1970s thrillers with traditional slasher elements. October 21 — "Death Row List", second season

Chris Pratt will once again play fighter James Rees in the sequel to Death Row. The first season was released back in 2022, but the project's universe continued to evolve thanks to the Dark Wolf prequel.

The second season will be based on Jack Carr's novel "The True Believer." After the events of the first part, Rhys finds himself embroiled in an international operation involving a political conspiracy and a threat to U.S. security. The film adaptation will not completely repeat the book: the authors have changed individual storylines, taking into account the events of the first season and the prequel.

October 23 — "Lupin", the fourth part

Omar Si will return to the role of Assan Diop in the fourth installment of the French hit. The platform has not yet revealed a detailed synopsis of the new episodes.

The third part ended with Assan voluntarily surrendering to the police to protect his family. In prison, he unexpectedly received a message from Hubert Pellegrini, his longtime opponent. Therefore, the sequel will probably be based around a new game between the characters and another escape plan. November 11 — "The Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power," season three

The third season of the fantasy "The Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power" will begin several years after the finale of the second part. In Middle-earth, a war breaks out between the elves and Sauron, who seeks to create a Single Ring and finally subjugate the rest of the Rings of power.

Morfydd Clarke, Charlie Vickers, Robert Aramayo and Daniel Wayman will return to the roles of Galadriel, Sauron, Elrond and the Stranger. New season participants include Jamie Campbell Bower and Eddie Marsan. November 12 — "The Good Daughter"

Peacock will release a six-part film adaptation of the novel by Karin Slaughter. The writer herself adapted the book for television and acted as the showrunner of the project, and all episodes were directed by Steph Green.

Sisters Charlotte and Samantha have been trying for twenty years to cope with the consequences of the attack that destroyed their family. When a new crime occurs in her hometown, Charlotte, who works as a lawyer, becomes the first witness. The investigation forces both women to return to the memories they would prefer to leave in the past. The main roles were played by Megan Fahey and Rose Byrne. On June 25, Medialogia presented the top 30 Russian series ratings for May of this year. It was led by the Boys project, which scored 2984 points. The second place was taken by the TV series Euphoria (1983 points), and the third place was taken by the Russian Sled (1617 points), which rose by five positions in just a month.
