Russia intends to continue the special military operation until complete victory is achieved, if there are no prospects for a peaceful settlement of the conflict. This was announced on July 24 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

According to him, Moscow remains open to proposals and discussions regarding the settlement of the situation in Ukraine. However, Peskov stressed, such initiatives should be acceptable to the Russian side.
