Air defense systems destroyed more than 5.2 thousand UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a week.

Over the past week, Russian air defense systems have destroyed 5,249 aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on July 24 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

In addition, during the week, the air defense forces intercepted 13 Flamingo cruise missiles, two Neptune long-range guided missiles, 71 guided aerial bombs and 23 HIMARS multiple rocket launchers manufactured in the United States.

The military department also reported that during the week, the Russian Armed Forces carried out one massive and 18 group strikes with precision weapons and drone strikes against Ukrainian military infrastructure facilities. According to the Ministry of Defense, enterprises of the military-industrial complex, logistics centers, fuel, energy and transport infrastructure facilities were affected.
