The tax service unblocked the accounts of the new landlady Dolina
The tax service has unblocked the accounts of entrepreneur Polina Lurie, the new owner of the apartment of singer Larisa Dolina. The woman told Izvestia about this on July 23.
The day before, it was reported that the accounts of the entrepreneur were blocked due to non-compliance with the 20-day deadline for submitting the declaration. According to Lurie, the problem arose due to the change of her residence permit. Since in December last year, the entrepreneur registered in the seized apartment, the income declaration had to be submitted to the tax authority at the place of new residence.
"Unfortunately, the declaration was sent to the wrong tax office, but you (the media. — Ed.) kindly highlighted this information, and I sent it again. So all accounts are unblocked, everything is in order," she said.
Lurie added that filing a declaration is a standard procedure, so the time for its consideration is from one to three days. According to the entrepreneur, while the apartment is being renovated, she and her children live outside the city.
Lurie received the keys to an apartment in Moscow on January 19 after a lengthy trial with Dolina, following which the Moscow City Court issued a final decision on the singer's eviction. The new owner changed the keys in the apartment and announced her intention to continue suing the seller, from whom she intended to receive compensation for the expenses incurred.
The lawyer of the entrepreneur Svetlana Sviridenko on February 2 described the condition of the property as good. In addition, at that time, all utility bills had been paid off.
On December 16 last year, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized Polina Lurie's ownership of the disputed Dolina apartment. It was clarified that the court also decided to cancel all decisions of the lower courts in the case of the sale of the apartment of the artist.
