The wreckage of an unmanned aerial vehicle that crashed into an apartment building in Lipetsk was neutralized and taken to a special landfill for subsequent destruction. This was announced on July 18 by the Governor of the Lipetsk region Igor Artamonov.

"All the wreckage of the drone has been neutralized and taken to a special landfill for further destruction. There is no danger to residents," Artamonov wrote on his Telegram channel.

Currently, specialized specialists are conducting a re-examination of the building. According to the head of the region, after completing all necessary checks, evacuated residents of the city will be able to return to their apartments. In addition, he expressed gratitude to the emergency services for their well-coordinated and professional work.
