- Ukrainian media reported on Sibiga's possible return to the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sibiga may once again head the country's foreign ministry in the status of acting. This was reported on July 16 by the Ukrainian newspaper Strana.ua" with a link to the source.
"The President of [Ukraine] Vladimir Zelensky will propose to the new cabinet to appoint Sibiga to the post of deputy minister, acting head of the foreign ministry," the publication says.
The source claims that the personnel changes are related to the situation around Defense Minister Mikhail Fedorov and the reshuffle in the Ukrainian government.
It is clarified that there have been no official reports on the transfer of the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to Sibiga.
Zelensky announced on July 12 that he plans to change the composition of the entire government. He cited the country's preparations for the new winter and agreements with Kiev's allies on reconstruction as the reasons for the personnel changes.
