On July 16, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) named US President Donald Trump's real estate as a legitimate target for the Iranian armed forces.

The IRGC News Channel Telegram channel, which is linked to the press service of the Iranian military, published an infographic with the facilities of the American leader in the region. The image lists seven Trump-branded projects located in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman.

Among Iran's "legitimate targets" are the current Trump International Golf Club Dubai and the Trump International Hotel complex under construction. & Tower Dubai, Trump Plaza Jeddah, Trump Tower Riyadh, Trump International Golf Club Wadi Safar, Trump International Golf Club and Villas Simaisma, as well as Trump International Hotel Oman, clarifies "Газета.Ru ".

At the same time as that publication, a representative of the central headquarters of Khatam al-Anbiya said that Iran would not allow the United States to interfere in the situation around the Strait of Hormuz. He also threatened to "destroy everything that has not yet been destroyed because of Iran's restraint."

"If the recent threats of the empty-headed US president to strike the infrastructure of the Islamic Republic of Iran with the forces of the aggressive army of this country are realized, everything that has so far remained intact due to Iran's restraint, that is, the entire infrastructure in the region, will be crushed by the steel strikes of the powerful armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran," the Fars news agency quoted the statement.

The representative of the Iranian armed forces also warned that in the event of a US strike on the infrastructure of the Islamic Republic, the response would be "superior," and the mentioned facilities "would leave no trace, as if they had never existed."

On the eve of the evening, the Central Command of the US Armed Forces (CENTCOM) announced the start of new strikes on Iranian facilities. Explosions have occurred in the port city of Bandar Abbas, as well as the port city of Chabahar in southeastern Iran. It was reported that the American side struck near the Shahid Bagai Hospital in Ahvaz, a children's cancer center. An evacuation was announced there. The city of Sirik in southern Iran was also hit. Closer to 04:40 Moscow time, CENTCOM announced the cessation of strikes.

Against this background, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ismail Bagai said that at the moment Tehran is not considering the possibility of resuming negotiations with Washington. He stressed that the country's armed forces have repeatedly demonstrated their readiness to provide a proportionate response to any aggression. At the same time, US Vice President Jay Dee Vance assured that the United States does not intend to send American troops to conduct a ground operation and change the government in the Islamic Republic.
