The Ukrainian swam across the Desna River, fleeing from forced mobilization by employees of the territorial recruitment center (TCC, an analogue of the military enlistment office). This was reported by the Ukrainian newspaper Strana.ua," which posted a video of the incident on its Telegram channel.
The footage shows a man swimming across a wide river, away from the military standing on the shore.
"Let's go, let's go, let's help, let's at least grab the side of the boat," said the woman who shot the video, urging the man to help.
The Desna is the largest left tributary of the Dnieper River, one of the main waterways of Ukraine. It originates in Russia, about half of the current falls in Ukraine, where the river crosses Sumy, Chernihiv and Kiev regions.

Passers-by intervened in the situation and tried to recapture the detainee from the military.
On July 1, employees of the shopping mall opened fire with firearms in the area of the 7th Km market in the suburbs of Odessa. As a result of the shooting, one person was injured. Another man was beaten by the staff of the shopping mall in front of those present. At the same time, the police did not interfere in what was happening.
