Russia starts importing fuel from other countries in July. This was stated by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak on Wednesday, July 8, at a government meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"In July, we will also start importing petroleum products and additionally increase production volumes due to lower-environmental-class petroleum products," he said.
