The lawyer stated the need to comply with the law on noise in the country
In dachas, as in apartment buildings, it is necessary to comply with noise standards. This was announced on July 6 by Anton Palyulin, a lecturer at Synergy University and a human rights activist.
The noise level in decibels is not prescribed in federal law — the standards are fixed in the sanitary rules applicable to residential premises and adjacent territories. Due to the special legal status of garden associations, there has been a loophole in the legislation for a long time: norms on the permissible noise level were often not applied. A common argument in favor of this approach was that dachas are used for recreation only on a temporary basis, Palyunin noted in an interview with RT.
