Suspects of insulting traffic police officer detained in Moscow
Suspects in the attack on a traffic police officer in the center of Moscow have been detained. This was reported on June 29 in the press service of the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee (IC) in the capital.
"Suspects of using violence and insulting a government official have been detained," the message on the Maks messenger said.
According to Izvestia, two young men aged 18 and 19 were detained in the Moscow region. It is noted that the suspects will be taken to the Investigative Committee units for investigative actions.
On the same day, the driver Viktor Torkhov, who suffered from the actions of fraudsters, told Izvestia that the teenage scammers who staged an unsuccessful car stop in the center of Moscow threatened the traffic police officer after the incident and offered him to "go out one on one."
The man reported that he was driving down the street at a speed of 40 km/h. While driving, Victor saw a "lost girl" with her head down, crossing the road. He slowed down, then stopped and got out of the car. Immediately, her companions ran out to the allegedly injured girl. The scammers demanded a certain amount of money from the driver so that the girl would not file a police report against him. However, Torkhov decided not to investigate on the spot, but contacted the emergency services.
One law enforcement officer arrived at the scene. The girl informed the employee that she was 16 years old and had no documents. At that moment, the familiar girls ran up to the traffic police officer again and attacked the inspector.
