Oil refineries in Russia are operating at maximum capacity to provide the necessary volumes of fuel, as a result of which the domestic market is saturated with petroleum products. This was announced on June 29 by Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak.

The statement was made during a working meeting between a federal official and the Governor of the Kaliningrad Region, Alexei Besprozvannykh.
