Having declared Russia an enemy, the European Union (EU) personally carried out a special military operation with its tombstone. Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation and Executive Secretary of the Organizing Committee for the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, announced this on June 26.

Speaking at the final briefing, he stressed that the EU's actions are not the final point of the process. According to him, at the current stage, the chaos will only increase.
