An oil slick has been discovered in the Azerbaijani waters of the Caspian Sea. This was announced on June 21 by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR).

"During the initial inspection of the water area using ships and a helicopter, an oil slick was identified, while at the initial stage it was not possible to visually identify the active source of the leak," TASS cites the text of the message.
