Dynamo Club has extended the contract with CEO Pavel Pivovarov until 2029.
Dynamo Moscow Football Club (FC) has extended the contract with CEO Pavel Pivovarov until 2029. This was announced on June 19 by the club's press service on its website.
"The club has extended the contract with the CEO until 2029," the publication says.
Pivovarov has been in office since January 2021 and is a member of the club's board of directors. Dynamo added that during his work, the team twice became the bronze medalist of the Russian championship and reached the final of the Cup of the country. In addition, the club has increased the audience of fans, attendance at VTB Arena, commercial revenues and other business indicators.
The press service also stressed that under Pivovarov, Dynamo held international tournaments and show matches, and also took a leading position in sports marketing and the football business.
Midfielder Ilzat Akhmetov left Zenit St. Petersburg on June 8. It was clarified that the athlete's contract with the blue-white-blues had expired. The 28-year-old midfielder spent last season on loan with the Samara Wings of the Soviets. As part of this agreement, he participated in 31 matches and scored two goals.
