Expert Mironova named the conditions for registration in the country

To register at the place of residence in a country house, it is necessary to officially register the house as a residential building. This was announced on June 15 by the expert of the Popular Front Tatiana Mironova.

She recalled that since 2019, citizens have had the opportunity to register at their place of residence on the territory of the suburban area.

"To do this, the house must be officially registered in the Federal Register as residential, that is, suitable for year—round living," Mironova said in an interview with RT.

According to her, if the house is registered as a "garden", it must first be converted to residential status.

The expert also clarified that the type of permitted use of the land plot should include the placement of a residential building on it. Another critical condition is that the building has an official postal address.
