Russians expect two more short working weeks in 2026.

In 2026, Russian residents are expected to have two shorter working weeks — in November and December. This became known on June 15 from the analysis of production calendar data.

The first such period of time will be at the beginning of November: the working days will be from November 2 to November 3, as well as from November 5 to November 6. National Unity Day will be celebrated in the country in the middle of this week, TASS reports.

At the very end of the year, the work will last only three days. The working period will take the dates from December 28 to December 30, after which the long New Year holidays will start on Thursday, December 31.
