"We lost friends. Real, loyal, devoted friends. It's terrible just to know that 19 dogs died like that," the message on VKontakte says.
According to the Animal Welfare Initiative Group, six trailers where dogs lived burned out as a result of the fire. Only three people managed to survive, they received burns of varying severity. The animals in the enclosures were not injured.
On May 7, the Kaliningrad Meow-Meow catcaf reported the deaths of over 20 animals as a result of a communal accident. It was clarified that the site operated in the format of a public space with free access to cats. The cafe owners organized themed events and assisted in the search for new owners for the wards.
