Trump threatened Iran with powerful strikes on June 12

The American side intends to launch "very powerful" strikes on Iran on the night of Friday, June 12. This was announced on June 11 by US President Donald Trump.

"Tonight, the United States will deliver a very powerful blow to Iran," he wrote on the Truth Social network.

Trump is convinced that Iran's naval forces, aviation, radar facilities, air defense systems, and most of its offensive capabilities have already been destroyed. He said that the United States could establish control over the Iranian island of Kharq, which is one of the key facilities of the country's oil infrastructure, as well as over other facilities in the oil and gas sector.

According to the US president, Washington intends to take full control of Iran's oil and gas markets. He cited Venezuela as an example, saying that a similar US policy towards this country allegedly brings positive results.
