Three passengers of a bus attacked by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in Yenakievo (DPR) suffered severe concussions. This was announced on June 3 by the chief physician of Gorlovka city hospital No. 2, Nelly Yakunenko.
"Three people in the medical department with acubrotrauma. The condition is of moderate severity. But the akubrotrauma is severe. Medical assistance has also been provided, they are under observation," TASS quoted the chief physician as saying.
The death toll rose to eight people. According to the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, 53 passengers were registered on the Podolsk — Simferopol flight. It is currently being clarified which of them entered and exited at intermediate stops.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a bus in Yenakiyevo on the same day. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has opened a criminal case on the incident under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist act"). Izvestia correspondent Evgeny Bykovsky showed the consequences of the blow. It hit the roof of the bus, and the transport almost completely burned out.
A surveillance camera captured the moment of the drone strike. In the Izvestia footage, you can see that after the attack, the windows and the upper part of the bus body were completely destroyed.
