NATO has no chance to implement the scenario of a blockade or capture of Kaliningrad. This was announced on May 28 by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko.

"I rate them as zero," Grushko said in an interview with RT.

According to him, any such actions will lead to grave consequences for the alliance.
