The European Union (EU) and Ukraine have not yet signed three main documents for the allocation of a loan to Kiev for €90 billion. This was announced on May 18 by the representative of the European Commission (EC) Balyash Uyvari.

"We can confirm that we have yet to sign three documents that are necessary for the allocation of the loan. The memorandum of understanding can be considered the most advanced at this stage. <...> But there are also other necessary documents," he said at a briefing in Brussels.
