In Russia, starting from June 1, the fee for a new phone number will change

The state duties imposed on new numbering resources for telecom operators will increase from June 1 of this year, and the fee for citizens will amount to 100 rubles. This was confirmed on May 16 by data on the website of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.

"In accordance with the decision of the Interdepartmental Working Group on ensuring the implementation of the project to optimize and automate processes in the field of licensing and licensing activities <...>, starting from 06/01/2026, state fees for the allocation of numbering resources will be increased," the publication says.
