Salaries have tripled in 40 regions of the Russian Federation in 10 years
Average salaries have increased at least three times in 40 Russian regions over the past ten years, analysts estimate. This became known on May 12 from the data of the state statistics.
The largest jump in labor incomes occurred in the republics of Mari El, Altai and Udmurtia, where the figures increased 3.4 times, RIA Novosti clarified. The same dynamics was recorded in the Kurgan and Vladimir regions, the Altai Territory, as well as in Tatarstan — by about 3.3 times.
In Mordovia, Novosibirsk, Kursk, Lipetsk, Bryansk and Amur regions, the Trans-Baikal Territory and Chuvashia, wage growth has reached 3.2 times in ten years. In 11 other regions, including the Voronezh, Tambov and Orenburg regions, as well as the Krasnodar Territory, incomes increased 3.1 times.
Residents of 14 regions, including Moscow, Belgorod, Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod regions, began to receive at least three times more. The average monthly accrued salary (before taxes, including bonuses and ultra-high incomes) in the country as a whole rose from 33.9 thousand to 103.9 thousand rubles — exactly three times.
According to statistics on May 3, it became known that the highest salaries in Russia at the end of winter were received by employees of tobacco industries — 355 thousand rubles. In addition, financiers and insurers, specialists in the field of oil and gas production and the IT industry, as well as employees of air and space transport had more than 200 thousand rubles.
