Germany offered to discuss the issue of missile deployment with Russia
Europe needs to discuss the issue of armaments with Russia, including reducing their number in Kaliningrad. This was stated on May 3 by Rolf Mutzenich, chairman of the parliamentary group of the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD) in the Bundestag.
"We need to insist on the withdrawal of Russian intermediate—range missiles with nuclear warheads from Belarus and Kaliningrad and on the inclusion of further steps in the comprehensive arms control policy process," he said in an interview with the Suddeutsche Zeitung newspaper.
