Jupiter business center near Pulkovo was put up for auction in St. Petersburg

The Jupiter business center and a parking complex on the territory of the Aeroportcity IFC built by the Austrian Warimpex near the Pulkovo-2 air terminal were put up for auction in St. Petersburg, the press service of the Russian Auction House (RAD) reported on April 22.

"On June 3, auctions for the sale of the Jupiter Class A business center and a multifunctional parking complex on the territory of IFC Aeroportcity St. Petersburg will be held at the innovative ETP RAD. <...> The property will be sold in separate lots. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until June 1," the publication on the RAD website says.

The first lot is 100% shares of Mikos JSC, which owns Jupiter Business Center. These are two towers of different heights (9-12 floors). The total area of the building is 18.6 thousand square meters. m. The business center corresponds to Class A and is fully leased to Gazprom Invest LLC. The initial price of the asset is 4.4 billion rubles, the report says.

In St. Petersburg, on April 14, a three-story barracks of the Life Guards Rifle Artillery Division in Strelna was put up for auction under the Ruble per Meter program. An architectural monument of the early 20th century with an area of about 2.3 thousand square meters is included in the ensemble — an object of cultural heritage of regional significance. The auction is scheduled for May 6.
