The Character developer.AI fined 7.5 million rubles for LGBT propaganda

The Tagansky District Court of Moscow recognized the American company Character Technologies Inc., the developer of the Character service.An AI guilty of an administrative offense related to the dissemination of prohibited information. The company was fined 7.5 million rubles. This was reported by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

The case was considered under Part 4 of Article 6.21 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, which provides for liability for propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations using the Internet.
