The Ministry of Defense showed footage of the establishment of control over Zybino in the Kharkiv region

On April 17, the Russian Ministry of Defense released footage of the liberation of the village of Zybino in the Kharkiv region.

It is noted that before the assault began, Russian Army soldiers cleared the sky of attack drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), and calculations of unmanned systems and artillery units struck enemy firing positions and suitable reserves. Having gained a foothold in the village, the Russian military carried out a sweep of buildings and basements.

"Units of the North group of forces continue to expand the security zone in the Sumy and Kharkiv regions. The troops are moving deeper into the enemy's defenses every day, pushing the Ukrainian Armed Forces militants away from the state border to ensure the safety of the civilian population," the ministry stressed.
