In the Leningrad region, measures to protect the sky from drone attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) will be strengthened. This was announced on April 17 by the governor of the region, Alexander Drozdenko, following a meeting of the operational staff.

"During the headquarters meeting, a decision was made on the need to strengthen and strengthen the protection of the Leningrad sky from attacks by unmanned vehicles," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
