Russian Railways put up for sale Rizhsky railway station for 4 billion rubles

Russian Railways (RZD) has put up for sale a complex of buildings at the Rizhsky Railway Station in Moscow. The lot amount is 4 billion rubles. The corresponding announcement was published on the Avito online platform.

The main station building, built in 1901, with a total area of 3,925.5 square meters, as well as a two-story non-residential building built in 1929 with an area of 3,786.4 square meters, are offered for purchase. The lot also includes a plot of land with a total area of 13,693 square meters.

The auction for the facility is scheduled for Wednesday, April 29. The auction is scheduled to start at 12:00 Moscow time. Applications from potential buyers will be accepted on Monday, April 20, at 12:00.
