- Remote blood sugar monitoring services have been added to the "white list".
Remote continuous glucose monitoring systems have been added to the "white list" of sites that are accessible when the mobile Internet is disconnected. This was announced on April 1 by the press service of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
"The list of digital platforms available during periods of mobile Internet outages for security reasons has been expanded. It includes remote continuous glucose monitoring (NMH) systems. These are services that allow you to receive information about blood sugar levels from personal medical devices on smartphones," the department's channel says in the MAX messenger.
According to the statement, the expanded version of the list includes applications Yuwell Anytime, POCTech CGM, DiaNyan, iCan Health, Syai Link, FreeStyle, Glutec, Lumiflex, Hematonix, Medtrum EasyPatch and others. The Ministry of Finance explained the decision by saying that all these services process data on the territory of Russia.
In addition, domestic remote health monitoring systems were added to the "white list": applications "M-Line", "Satellite Online", the IoMT platform.Istok and Inme services.
As of March 19, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation had more than 120 services on its "white list" that will remain available even with limited mobile Internet access. Thus, under restrictions, Russians will have access to the Odnoklassniki social network, VKontakte and Yandex services, Mail, the national messenger MAX, VK Video and Rutube video hosting sites. The list includes marketplace and store services: Ozon, Wildberries, Avito, Megamarket, Magnit, Vkusvill, Dixie, Detsky Mir, as well as fast food restaurant chains: Yummy, Period, and Burger King.
