Lawyer Zokirov recalled the punishment for loud music in the car

Russian motorists can be fined for playing loud music in the car in the evening and at night. This was announced on March 18 by Turgunboy Zokirov, an expert in the field of administrative law at Moscow State Law University (MGUA).

According to the expert, administrative responsibility is provided for the violation of silence at night.

"If you make noise from 23 o'clock to 7 o'clock, then citizens may be subject to a warning or an administrative fine in the amount of 1 thousand to 2 thousand rubles," Zokirov explained in an interview with RIA Novosti.

He added that specific time frames for silence are set at the regional level.

"At the same time, a citizen cannot be subjected to an administrative fine under the law of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation in the amount of more than 5 thousand rubles," the expert noted.

On January 24, Evgeny Masharov, a member of the commission of the Public Chamber of Russia, announced an increase in fines for transporting children without a car seat. According to him, the fine for drivers is 5,000 rubles, for officials — 50,000 rubles, and for legal entities — 200,000 rubles. He clarified that individual entrepreneurs are responsible as a legal entity, and self—employed taxi drivers are responsible as officials. According to Masharov, the tightening of measures is aimed at improving safety when transporting children.
