Coca-Cola has extended the rights to two trademarks in Russia for 10 years.
The American soft drink manufacturer The Coca-Cola Company has extended the rights to its two trademarks Coke and Coca-Cola in Russia for 10 years. This was reported on March 14 by TASS with reference to the Rospatent database.
The new trademark expiration date is March 2036. The marks were registered in two classes of the international classification of goods and services, covering furniture, ivory, turtle shell, willow, horns, as well as carpets, mats and linoleum.
In January, the company also extended the rights to the trademark in the form of a bottle until December 2035.
In October 2025, Coca-Cola extended the trademark rights in Russia for 10 years. Trademarks were registered according to Class No. 32 of the International Classification of Goods and Services (ICTS). It includes categories such as soft drinks and syrups for their manufacture.
