77% of Russian citizens trust Russian President Vladimir Putin. This is evidenced by the results of a survey by the Public Opinion Foundation (POM), published on March 13 on the organization's website.

According to the survey, 77% of respondents also positively assess Putin's work as president of Russia.

The work of the Russian government is well appreciated by 50% of citizens. 55% of citizens approve of the activities of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. Only 14% of the respondents rated his work poorly.

During the survey, respondents were also asked to imagine that elections to the State Duma (State Duma) would be held next Sunday. The overwhelming majority of Russians, 38%, are ready to vote for United Russia. 9% of respondents will vote for the Liberal Democratic Party, 7% for the Communist Party, and 6% for the New People. Only 3% of respondents will vote for a "Fair Russia", according to the FOM data.

The survey was conducted from March 6 to March 8 among 1.5 thousand respondents over the age of 18 in 97 settlements in 51 regions.

In October 2025, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov reported that data from the All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion (VTsIOM), according to which Putin and the Russian military are trusted by the vast majority of Russians, are telling indicators.
