The Izmailovsky Court of Moscow fined Lidiya Moniava, head of the Dom with a Lighthouse charitable foundation, for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation through posts on the Telegram channel. This was reported on February 27 in the joint press service of the capital's courts of general jurisdiction.

"By the decision of the Izmailovsky District Court of Moscow dated February 27, 2026, Lidiya Igorevna Moniava was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, and she was sentenced to an administrative fine of 45 thousand rubles," the Telegram channel said.
