The Armenian authorities are not considering the option of withdrawing the 102nd Russian military base stationed on the territory of the republic. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this on February 26 during a speech at the Polish Institute of International Relations.

"We have no plans, programs, or concerns about the presence of the 102nd Russian military base in Armenia. We have a close partnership with the Russian Federation — we have established economic and political ties," Pashinyan said.
